October 1, 2009 - Is There an Offer?

Just waiting for a phone call now... It sure would be nice to get something than zero for this place. So many lookers in the past, and no offers, nothing... The joys of trying to sell a business to select group. With a sale, it would mean a lot easier to get caught up financially as well.
And so today becomes a day of waiting and changing the mailing address along with cancelling everything! There is a lot to closing a business. I still keep pondering about going full time travelling instead of trying to establish a new residence and 25yrs of mortgage payments. The other options are to consolidate the properties to reestablish a home base and go from there. I have to get things reorganized in the best manner possible now.... Still like the idea of being a snowbird with a south residence and a north residence. Then you travel inbetween. Decisions, decisions....
