The Crowsnest Pass is a two hour drive south of Calgary. Here is downtown Blairmore in the wee hours of the morning. This was a spur of the moment trip down there.

The Wandering Hobo's adventures began after a divorce in 1999 and a website was created. A new chapter had begun. There was so much to see and do with the new found freedom. That lasted until the 2004 Cross Canada roadtrip was completed. Two new businesses were created and the roadtrips ceased. This blog begins where the website leaves off. The journey continues in a different direction.

The Story of The Wandering Hobo
While the website tells mainly of the travel adventures, the life of a Wandering Hobo is much more than that. Daily adventures as you wander through life's adventures. Some good and some bad things happen. "If you do not know where you are going, then any road will take you there!" So many directions to choose from? Which way to head? Sometimes life will open doors of opportunity and other times doors will close. I always wondered why there were lulls between doors closing and doors that open. I guess what is behind the next open door isn't quite prepared for yet and so one must be patient until such time is right!
